Today’s Capcom Spotlight delivered a wealth of news about several upcoming titles. The show featured a new look at PRAGMATA™ with an updated release date, a brand-new animated trailer for Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection with details on downloadable content, and updates on Mega Man™: Dual Override and Mega Man Star Force™ Legacy Collection . The event also highlighted the Resident Evil 30th anniversary celebrations, Alex’s arrival in Street Fighter 6 , and much more!
Hack complete! PRAGMATA moves up release date
The long wait for PRAGMATA is almost over, but Capcom has had to update the game’s release date one last time. The sci-fi action-adventure game will arrive on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch™ 2, and PC via Steam on April 17, 2026*, a week earlier than expected!
A new trailer also explored never-before-seen locations within PRAGMATA ‘s lunar setting. These levels include the surface of the Moon and a lush, greenhouse-like sector within the station, where formidable new enemies await Hugh and Diana as they fight to escape and return to Earth.
The images also showcase new elements found within the Vault. At this base of operations, Hugh and Diana meet Cabin, an autonomous support robot that assists with various Vault functions. These include the Cabin Stamp Club, where Cabin Coins can be exchanged for stamp board rewards, with additional bonuses for completing rows. Cabin also allows players to change the Vault’s background music via its jukebox, with more tracks becoming available as players progress through the game. This safe haven is also where players can equip cosmetic items and enjoy extras like those found in the Deluxe Edition and its Vault Variety Pack, which includes additional outfits, a weapon skin, Diana emotes, more Vault music, and a collection of artwork.
Pre-orders for PRAGMATA are now available and include a free Neo Bushido samurai-themed outfit for Hugh and a Neo Kunoichi ninja-inspired outfit for Diana. Players can also experience the game’s exciting and unique gameplay today with the PRAGMATA Sketchbook demo. This free demo is available now on the PlayStation Store, Nintendo eShop, Xbox Store, and Steam.
*Note: In Japan and Asia, the Nintendo Switch 2 version of PRAGMATA is still planned for release on April 24, 2026.
Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection reveals new trailers, additional DLC content, and much more
Ahead of the imminent launch of Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection on March 13, Capcom has released the launch trailer, which offers a dramatic recap of the gripping story, and announced a special animated trailer that provides a broader look at the protagonist’s childhood and journey to becoming a Ranger before the events of the upcoming RPG.
In Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection , players will try to uncover the truth behind an impending environmental crisis called Crystalline Desolation, which is leading two countries down the path of destruction. The latest installment in the Monster Hunter Stories series will be released on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, and builds upon the series’ beloved turn-based RPG formula with new enhancements.
To get a taste of this adventure, players can download the trial version now and enjoy the first chapter of the game, and transfer their save data to the full game upon release. Linking save data from select Monster Hunter™ titles unlocks bonus layered armor sets, such as the Hakum Ranger Outfit, Mahana Ranger Outfit, Kamura Outfit, and Hope Armor for the protagonist. Linking a CAPCOM ID unlocks the Capcom Work Outfit for Rudy.
Following its release on March 13, the Golden Headband accessory and Simon’s Wind Wyvern Friend Layer Armor will be unlocked as free downloadable content on day one. Players who pre-order the game will also receive the Eleanor: Queen Bluehorn Layer Armor. Mega Man aims for the top with the announcement of boss designs and improvements to multiplayer mode
Mega Man: Dual Override was back in the spotlight to share news about the game’s boss design contest, plus a sneak peek at the silhouettes of the other seven Robot Masters in the new platformer!
Capcom recently gave fans the opportunity to help create one of the bosses that will appear in the highly anticipated next installment of the classic Mega Man™ series. From nearly 10,000 submissions, 20 candidates emerged, and today producer Hiroyuki Minamitani revealed the six designs selected based on fan votes. Now, the development team must choose a winner, who will be the Blue Bomber’s next opponent when the definitive game arrives in 2027 for PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Nintendo Switch™ 2, Nintendo Switch™, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
Before that, fans will have the opportunity to explore Mega Man Star Force™ Legacy Collection . Today’s event included an overview of the great online features coming to the extraordinary collection of all seven Mega Man Star Force™ games, including:
Improved settings - Players can search for opponents across multiple titles for easier online matchmaking. It’s also possible to save data and edit decks between games.
Global Exchange - Trade cards with players from all over the world.
Multiple game types - Enjoy casual games with beginner-friendly rental deck options, ranked games for greater competitiveness, and rooms for playing with friends.
Sibling Lists - Improved from a maximum of six in the originals, players can now form groups of up to 100 people per game and change them at any time, even after online battles.
Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection will be released on March 27, 2026, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Pre-orders are now available and include four additional music tracks and two extra character models: Geo Stelar (casual outfit) and Omega-Xis for the main menu. To celebrate the launch, episodes of the Mega Man Star Force anime series are also currently available for free on YouTube .
